Last updated: 2026-03-16

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of Forkline. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. You must not use Forkline to

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
  • access, modify, or exfiltrate data, repositories, or systems without authorization;
  • develop, distribute, or facilitate malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing, credential theft, or similar abuse;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
  • upload, copy, publish, distribute, or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, database, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights;
  • remove, falsify, suppress, or alter copyright notices, trademark notices, attribution information, or rights-management metadata;
  • impersonate Forkline or falsely suggest endorsement, affiliation, certification, partnership, or official status with Forkline;
  • register, use, buy, sell, or promote confusingly similar domains, social handles, package names, product names, or other identifiers that trade on the Forkline brand or another party's brand;
  • upload, process, or generate unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, hateful, or exploitative content;
  • interfere with platform integrity, service stability, security controls, quotas, billing rules, or other users' access;
  • resell, sublicense, or misuse the service in a way not permitted by the applicable plan or written approval;
  • use the service for fully automated high-risk actions without appropriate human review.

3. Security-sensitive use

Because Forkline can connect to repositories, credentials, model providers, and external systems, you must use the minimum permissions necessary and review all outputs and actions before deployment or reliance.

You must not use the Services in a way that could reasonably create material security, operational, or legal risk for others.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have breached this Policy, we may suspend or terminate access, remove content, disable integrations, limit usage, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or affected parties.

5. Reporting abuse
